REFUND POLICY:

First Nations Copywriter LLC asks for at least a 12 hour cancellation notice.  If you need to cancel Consultation Service, your deposit will be honored for up 12 months, even if you cannot cancel within the 12 hour window we are requesting. 

The Consultation Service deposit will be applied to your invoice for contractual services rendered within 6 months of Consultation Service appointment.  After 6 months it is likely we’ll need to set another Consultation Service appointment.  Refund will not be issued for expired Consultation Services.

Refund on Consultation Service will only be issued if First Nations LLC decides not to take you on as a client.  Sometimes we are not a good fit for everyone and no one should be penalized for that.

If coupon was used, the coupon value will be applied to invoice.  Coupon value will never be refunded
